Refund & Return Policy

At Really Awesome Skincare, we stand behind the quality of our handmade products.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged condition.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is the result of our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost.
