Shipping policy

We carefully handcraft each product and strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. 

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

 

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and your selected shipping method.  Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

 

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Really Awesome Skincare is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help.
