This product is heat sensative and may melt during shipping depending on temperature. If this occurs it does not change the effectiveness of the product but will change the texture and volume due to it being whipped. You will just need to use less at a time or if you would like to you can take it out of the container and melt it slowly on low heat and then use a hand mixer to rewhip it.
